Freedom Estate is an estate platform, so we do not manage lettings ourselves. Once you have purchased a property, you can manage it yourself or choose our partner MaxRent Partners, who can take over the day-to-day management of the tenancy.
MaxRent Partners rental management costs 7 % + VAT of the rent, but no more than 49 € + VAT per month. Finding a new tenant is free of charge.
When a new tenant is needed, the partner takes care of photos, listings, tenant selection, referencing and the tenancy agreement. There is no additional charge for this service.
Monitoring of rent payments, administration of utility bills, management of late payments and preparation of the VMI tax return.
The partner takes over day-to-day communication, emergency calls 24/7 and coordination of repairs with tradespeople.
Regular property inspections and condition reports help identify issues early and keep the property well maintained.
Rental management is not a mandatory condition of buying through Freedom Estate. It is your property and your decision: manage it yourself, or hand day-to-day management over to a partner immediately after completion or at any time later.
